Sri Venkateswara College is celebrating its Golden Jubilee year from July 2010 - August 2011. On this occasion the college invites its Alumni to come forward and actively participate in the Golden Jubilee celebrations. They can visit the college website for the latest updates.


As the college is also organizing its Annual Cultural festival "NEXUS" from 21st December to 23rd December, it extends an invitation to its alumni to attend the Mr & Ms Nexus on 22nd December at 5.30 pm.


Passes for the same may be collected from Mr. T. Sreerama Murthy, Sr. P.A. to Principal on all working days w.e.f. 17th December, 2009.

ALUMNI ASSOCIATION (SVCAA)

· Sri Venkateswara College is pleased to announce the formation of its ALUMNI ASSOCIATION (SVCAA) close to the Golden Jubilee celebrations of its formation next year ( August 2010-August 2011 ).

· This time around the college has nominated all the members of the Executive Committee for a period of two years ( 2009-2011). We have a constitution in place.

· After the term of current nominated members is over, elections to the SVCAA will follow.

· SVCAA intends to hold an OPEN MEET for its Alumni on Sunday the 22^nd of November, 2009 at 11:30 AM., in the college lawns to discuss the future course of action for the SVCAA. We need to plan out activities for the association and your valuable suggestions are welcome and requested.

· All our old students are hereby invited to participate in big numbers and give SVCAA the much required MOMENTUM to forge ahead seeking success.

Tamba Get together at Hyderabad on May 16

I am sending some pictures of our get-together in Hyd. it was a huge success. The first few photoes are in Shailaja's house. It was the day the results were announced, then later at night we went Country Club. The next day we went to a resort named Alankrita, a nature resort. We booked a hall and had a gala time till late evening. They arranged welcome drinks, lunch and tea. Please see the photoes and enjoy them. I will send in detail as to who is who.The persons who attended were Shailaja, Saraswathi, Geeta, Lalitha,Myself, in the ladies and from the gents ES, GPVLNR, Narsihmulu,KVR,Chanti, Gopal,Shekar, Bhaskar, my children, (daughters)Saras's daughter,Sherkhar's daughters, Narsimhulu's wife and daughters, KVR's daughter,Lalitha's sons.

Gettogether at Hyderabad
